Founder Stephanie Plessy brings 14 years of experience in public and charter school systems. This insider knowledge gives Bridge2Bloom a distinct edge. Meet Stephanie
Owner and Executive Director
Stephanie Plessy is an experienced educator, special education advocate, and student support leader with over 14 years experience in both public and charter school systems. She holds a Master of Education in Behavioral/Learning Disabilities and is a Board-Certified Advocate in Special Education through the American Academy of Special Education Professionals.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has led inclusive programming for students with disabilities and their families grounded in equity, access, and partnership. She created Bridge2Bloom Education Advocacy to help families feel empowered, supported, and heard as they navigate the complexities of special education and Section 504 Plans. She knows how schools work on the inside and uses that knowledge to empower families to confidently advocate for the most appropriate services for their children.
